The Rotary Club of Avalon is selling raffle tickets to win a 46 inch Samsung LCD High Definition TV (Model LN 46A650), along with one year of basic TV cable service, valued at more than $500, donated by Catalina Cable.  The total package's retail value is approximately $3,000. Only 150 tickets will be sold for the price of $50.  Tickets will be sold in the Post Office Arcade from 11:30am to 1pm for the next few weeks or tickets are available through Rotary Club members. 

The winning ticket for the TV and will be drawn at the Rotary Club's annual auction on Friday, September 19th at The Landing from 6pm to 8pm.  Great travel and tour items - both on and off the island, as well as hand-colored Catalina scene prints and limited edition wildlife prints are just some of the auction's offerings.  Entrance to the auction is $10 and includes your bidding number, a scrumptious Mexican Buffet and live entertainment.  For a complete list of updated auction items visit the website below.

The proceeds from the raffle and the auction will go toward benefiting the much needed and long awaited veterinary clinic expansion and will serve to improve health care for the animal population of the island.
